Chidorigafuchi is a moat located in the northwest of the Imperial Palace, former Edo Castle. Currrently, it is known as one of Tokyo’s most outstanding cherry blossom (Sakura) sights in spring. Kudanshita station on Tokyo Metro Tozai line, Hanzomon line and Toei-Shinjuku line is the nearest stop and within 5 minutes on foot. Hanzomon station on Hanzomon line is also available.
Hundreds of cherry trees decorate the moat.

You can enjoy contrast between Sakura and the historical gate.
