Hitachi Seaside Park is located along the Pacific ocean and famous for its gardens decolated by many kinds of flowers for each season. The most famous one is Nemophila (baby blue eyes). More than 4 million Nemophila cover the hill blue from late April to early May.
Hitachi Seaside Park is in Ibaraki prefecture. The nearest station is Katsuta in JR Joban line. It takes 90 minutes from Tokyo station, and buses bring you to the park entrance from Katsuta station.
Hitachi Seaside Park is a quite large park and devided to several areas. The Nemophila garden is located in 15 minutes walk distance from the main entrance.
You can enjoy many flowers on the way to the Nemophila garden.
